At Dark Daughter, we offer shipping all over the United States. Our handmade pieces are carefully packaged and shipped from Las Cruces, New Mexico. International shipping is available for an additional fee. We strive to provide our customers with the best shipping experience possible. Our shipping times vary depending on the item's availability, we aim to have your order shipped within 1-3 business days. Custom Orders take 7-14 Day production time followed by shipping process time. If you have any questions about our shipping methods, please don't hesitate to contact us.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Dark Daughter, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. We do not accept returns on custom orders.
